These terms apply to the City Watch Games, LLC text messaging program. City Watch Games, LLC is a Texas business.
Message types and consent
With your consent, we may send informational texts about orders, shipping, pickup when available, and customer support. If you separately opt in to promotional texts, we may send offers, product announcements, and event promotions. Promotional consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Providing a phone number for an order or contacting us does not by itself enroll you in promotional texts. We send messages within the scope of the consent you provide. Promotional opt-in must be documented through a written or electronic signup.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies based on your orders, support conversations, and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Messages may be delayed or undelivered, and delivery is not guaranteed.
Unsubscribe and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages sent by the program number. You may receive a final confirmation of your unsubscribe request. Using one number for both informational and promotional texts means opting out can stop both types. We can continue helping you by email.
Reply HELP for assistance, or email orders@citywatchgames.com. To rejoin after opting out, use the supported opt-in process and provide consent for the messages you want to receive.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for information about our handling of phone numbers, messaging records, and consent. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers such as Dialpad may process information to operate our messaging program.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the program changes and will update the date above. A change to these terms does not itself enroll you in additional message types or replace required consent.
